Kathy Lebewitz is a respected member of the local multi-housing community. She earned her CAM designation from the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) in 1988, and has over 20 years experience in property ownership, management and leasing. In 1993, she founded Apartment Shoppers Plus, which allows her to use her extensive industry knowledge and experience to help owners and managers improve the positioning and performance of their multi-housing properties. Kathy is an active member of the MHA and a sought-after industry speaker and educator.

Amy Burstein joined Apartment Shoppers Plus in 2001 and is responsible for developing and delivering staff training. Her previous experience includes 17 years in senior management and human resources with the Target Corporation, guiding and developing managers.
