Become a Mystery Shopper
Thanks for your interest in becoming a mystery shopper! Apartment Shoppers Plus, LLC is
hired by residential apartment owners and managers to do evaluations on their leasing agents. As a shopper, you would be calling the agent to set an appointment, going to the property for a complete showing with the leasing agent and then completing a written report on your visit. We primarily do shops in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota, but also do them in greater Minnesota.
Shops are done days, early evenings and weekends. It is important as a mystery shopper to be: a friendly and interested prospect, responsible, fair and unbiased, detail oriented, possess excellent written communication skills and experienced with Microsoft WORD and email.
We are always in search of qualified mystery shoppers who fit our client's typical customer profile. Because the multi-housing industry encompasses diverse communities, we are always looking for diverse mystery shoppers.
